I had NO idea so many advent calendars existed! I bought the Moo Free one but I honestly want them all haha! I love that supermarkets are really stepping up their vegan friendly game! Now what selection box do I want this year haha 🙂 xo

Love this cheery chocolate news. If you buy all of them, you can almost eat a small box of chocolates each day. Hmmn now there’s a thought 🙂
Of course, for children there are also advent calendars with toys in, e.g. lego.
I’m 32 and would love a Lego calendar!
Haha you’re never too old for an advent calendar, or Lego
I would only buy the Fairtrade ones (Holland and Barrett to be fair to humans as well as animals!
Awesome list thanks.
Great, thank you
Bomb Cosmetics looks pretty cool.
As for my 3 year old, will probably will want the out of stock ones (my life).
I was really hoping for a picture advent calender, like I had as a child. Expected them to be around £2-3 turns out they are mostly £10…Gruffalo being the cheapest find at £6.
This is my fave – vegan nail varnishes! <3

I’ve just found out that the Bluebird tea advent calendar isn’t vegan after I’ve ordered it 🙁 It contains a solid perfume made from beeswax.
Hi Sophie, I’m really sorry about this they were advertising this as vegan! I emailed them today and they have confirmed that it has beeswax in the perfume despite advertising it as vegan, and have now sneakily removed all reference to it being vegan on their site! This is really disappointing! Please let me know how you get on with getting a refund for this
No worries, not your fault! I only found out because I happened upon a comment on one of their Facebook posts about the calendar.
They collected my calendar last week and have just processed the refund.
awesome thank you!!!
I saw the Divine Dark Chocolate Advent Calendar. Yes, it says it is Vegan, but it also says “MAY CONTAIN: milk, soya, nuts, gluten and egg”. So maybe produced in a factory where they handle milk, soya, nuts, gluten and egg. I personally don’t like so called vegan products which have these “May also contain …” labels
Ah this means it’s made in a factory that handles those allergens (EU law makes them print that on packaging) so is from a vegan-friendly company, rather than a fully vegan company (like moo free)
This is untrue. It is specifically not for use for presence in the factory, it means substantial unavoidable risk. Like the same equipment being used for different products without any cleaning in-between, or presence of milk powder which is an airborne contaminant that floats around landing on everything.
So many great options this year! I have the Holland & Barrett (Xmas Tree) one and my colleague has their tea calendar – such a cute idea!
Great work as always ,sharing to Vegan womble, there is also the Cath Kidson one, available at Boots,Amazon etc etc
The Lego calendars are over £38 at Amazon, no wonder John Lewis have sold out at £19!
