Eating Vegan – Yo Sushi

Must Try Recipes

Sushi is one of the best cuisines for vegetarians and vegans, despite there being lots of fish involved, there are usually more vegetables used than types of meat and fish! A lot of people are always confused when you tell them that you're veggie and you're gonna go for some sushi, usually you hear “but its all fish!”, because most people don't realise the word sushi means “sour” or “being sour”, not something that implies that it is meaty or fishy!

So, checking the menu, (and eating there probably a little too often!) the following items are suitable for vegans:

  1. Hi Rich
This was such good reading! The links full of info. Yesterday I was discharged from hospital so needed a lift! Especially useful for me was info on eateries. I knew nothing about Sushi and now can’t wait to give it a go! Pity that Vegsn Fairs are so popular but good to have your must and plan ahead. However as have fresh hip replacement the thought of pushing my way through the crowds makes me feel quite week! But just how much better shall I feel once healed. I shall be ready to take them all on!
Not sure how you find the time to write your blog but very grateful that you do. I shall make sure I don’t ‘lose ‘ thus email and look forward to the next one.
Many thanks and good luck and happy hunting !
