Recently I had some fun in the kitchen with The Hectic Vegan and his ice cream makers. I'm a huge fan of tea and run Russtea's Tea Blog, so I decided I'd make some vegan matcha ice cream and write the recipe up as a guest post for you guys!
This ice cream is really easy to make and is 100% vegan, it's base is coconut milk and the general method to make the ice cream is just to whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl but I'll break it down a bit for you 🙂
